Refund and Dispute Policy
CDigital Enterprise Services (DBA SLFweb) Refund and Dispute Policy
Scope: This policy applies to all services provided by CDigital Enterprise Services DBA SLFweb, including but not limited to the Essential, Enhanced, and Executive service bundles. The policy governs all agreements, contractual obligations, and potential disputes arising from the services rendered.
No Refunds:
Service Commitment: CDigital Enterprise Services DBA SLFweb is committed to providing the highest quality digital marketing, SEO, and related services to its clients. Due to the nature of these services and the immediate execution of tasks upon project initiation, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable: Payments made to SLFweb are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Dissatisfaction: Any dissatisfaction with results, perceived failure of services to meet expectations, or any perceived deficiency in the effectiveness of SLFweb's services.
Operational or Technical Issues: Any issues arising from the client's use of SLFweb's services, including but not limited to technical glitches, operational disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances impacting service delivery.
Market Factors: Any losses or adverse business impacts due to market fluctuations, competitor actions, or changes in digital marketing or SEO algorithms.
Dispute Resolution:
Internal Resolution: Any concerns or disputes arising from the services provided by SLFweb should be addressed directly to SLFweb's management via email at conner@slfweb.com within 30 days of the occurrence of the issue.
Final Decision: SLFweb's management will investigate all concerns in good faith, providing a response within 14 days. The management’s decision on all matters is final and binding, with no further recourse to external arbitration or legal action.
No Liability:
SEO and Marketing Results: SLFweb is not liable for any losses or damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the implementation of digital marketing or SEO strategies. This includes but is not limited to:
Adverse Impacts: Impacts on rankings, sales, or business operations.
Competitor Actions: Changes in competitive positioning due to SEO or marketing outcomes.
Security Breaches: SLFweb is not liable for any security breaches, data leaks, or related incidents resulting from the implementation of its services.
Force Majeure: SLFweb is not liable for service interruptions, failures, or damages resulting from acts of God, cyberattacks, government actions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Third-Party Services: SLFweb is not responsible for failures or disruptions caused by third-party platforms, service providers, or tools used in service delivery.
Misrepresentation: SLFweb is not liable for any alleged misrepresentation claims. All information provided by SLFweb is intended to assist clients in optimizing their digital presence, and results may vary due to factors beyond SLFweb's control, including market conditions, client cooperation, and third-party algorithms.
Cancellation Policy
CDigital Enterprise Services (DBA SLFweb) Cancellation Policy
Scope: This policy applies to all services provided by CDigital Enterprise Services DBA SLFweb, including but not limited to the Essential, Enhanced, and Executive service bundles. The policy governs all agreements, contractual obligations, and potential cancellations arising from the services rendered.
Cancellation Terms:
Email Notification: Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice to conner@slfweb.com. This notice must be received at least one day prior to the billing date to be effective.
Billing Cycle: Cancellations received less than one day prior to the billing date will not take effect until the subsequent billing cycle.
No Refunds: Due to the immediate execution of services upon renewal, all sales are final, and no refunds or proration will be issued for cancellations.
Early Termination: In the event a client cancels services before the end of the billing cycle, SLFweb is not liable for any refunds, prorations, or credits for the unused portion of the service.
Termination by SLFweb:
Non-Payment: SLFweb reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or delayed payment.
Breach: SLFweb may terminate services at its discretion if the client breaches any terms of the agreement or policies, including but not limited to:
Misuse: Misuse of services or involvement in unlawful activities.
Contractual Violations: Violations of the terms outlined in the service agreement or any additional agreements.
Third-Party Breach: Any actions taken by the client that lead to a breach or violation of third-party service agreements.
Force Majeure: SLFweb reserves the right to terminate services in the event of uncontrollable circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or technological disruptions.
Intellectual Property Agreement
Intellectual Property:
Originality: All content, materials, and strategies developed by SLFweb are original and do not knowingly infringe upon third-party intellectual property.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for verifying the originality and legality of any materials or strategies they provide to SLFweb, indemnifying SLFweb from any legal actions arising from third-party intellectual property claims.
Legal Review: Clients agree to conduct their own legal review of SLFweb's materials and strategies, notifying SLFweb immediately if they suspect any potential infringement.
Indemnification: Clients indemnify SLFweb against all claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from third-party intellectual property claims.
Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality:
Non-Disclosure Agreement: Both SLFweb and its clients agree not to disclose or use any confidential information for purposes outside of the agreed services.
Data Security: SLFweb will protect client data by implementing secure storage, encryption, and restricting access to authorized personnel only.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for securing and protecting their own confidential information, indemnifying SLFweb from legal actions arising from data breaches or misuse caused by the client.
